Shake Shack's annual Oktoberfest promotion (dubbed Shacktoberfest, natch) returns tomorrow, however, this year the burger slingers are lightening up on the meat and bringing more carbs into the mix.

Free burgers are one thing. Free Shake Shack burgers, however, are a whole different story.

Each member of the Crew was asked to look back at their diary of burger consumption and find the one special creation– that single combination of bread and meat that stood head-and-shoulders above all the rest.

While Shake Shack has been making the bellies of the Crew and many others plenty happy, not everyone is thrilled with the N.Y.C. transplant.
