As modern-day, greasy Paladins, we're always down for a burger trek – especially when the trip gets us out of frigid D.C. in February.

"It took Jeter 14 years to win five titles. I did it in SIX!" Josh Capon screamed to a horde of greasy, beef-stuffed revelers in New York City last Friday night.

For the past three months, we've been stuffing our faces with just about everything we can get our hands on, slowly but surely stretching our stomachs to their very limit. We call it training. Our wives call it disgusting.

Tonight, the Crew gets down and dirty with the out-of-town beef at the Blue Moon Burger Bash in New York City.

For three hours last Friday, we stuffed our faces with burgers and washed 'em down with a near-endless supply of beer. At the end of the night back at the hotel, the smell of burgers continued to envelop our beings and sent us off to sleep with visions of beef patties dancing in our heads.

Tomorrow we're going to be Bashin' it up once again, but this time, instead of heading to South Beach, we're taking the train north for a night full of beef, booze and a whole hell of a lot of burgers at the Blue Moon Burger Bash in New York City.

We got a nice shout out on NBC's Today Show up in NYC today with our contest winning sharp cheddar, bacon and onion jam burger receiving some airtime on the boob tube this morning.

Eating burgers is what we do. And we do it very, very well. We also like to think we know how to construct burger. Apparently, the folks at GO Burger think so too.
