It's been a minute since we've posted, burger brethren, but rest assured we never faltered in our mission.

When we asked Matt Adler his goal in creating his latest burger, he smiled and said three words: "A delicious burger."

After another 12 months of eating way too much meat, popping way too many Lipitor and eating far too little salad, we've somehow managed to survive.

Rejoice, swine lovers, The Deliverance burger is back.

One of these years, we’re going to go all out and red carpet the shit out of our Burgers of the Year awards but until then, a blog post will have to do.

It's that time of the year again when we reflect on the plethora of ground beef that entered our systems over the past 12 months and choose the greatest of the greasy bunch.

Another year gone by and, once again, the Crew has left a path of greasy destruction in its wake.

We've eaten a lot of burgers this year. And through our legion of ground beef adventures in 2011, we encountered some pretty spectacular burgers. Each member of the Crew was asked to look back at their diary of burger consumption and find the one special creation– that single combination of bread and meat that stood head-and-shoulders above all the rest.
