This here is today's Epic Burger Wednesday special at Mad Fox, The Fat Bastard Take a look at this goddamn thing. Just look at it. This is what cardiologist nightmares are made of. That breaded stuff on the burger? No, that's not some weak-ass onion ring. That's a mound of fried mac 'n' cheese. And not just any mac 'n' cheese– it's fried Nueske BACON mac 'n' cheese. And it's the size of a fucking' hockey puck. Underneath the heart-stopping carb grenade is Korean-style crispy BBQ pork belly sitting on a bed of caramelized onions which, in turn, is sitting on a Gruyere-blanketed half-pound beef patty.
