Beef? Check. Grease? Check. Melty gooey cheese? Check. Bourbon Steak chef Adam Sobel's In-N-Out-inspired burg has all the parts for one magnificent creation. The West Coast burger clone makes its debut at the Georgetown restaurant today and will be available all week as part of Bourbon Steak's month-long celebration of the burger for National Hamburger Month.
