Getting into the National Hamburger Month spirit, the fancy-ass Four Seasons joint Bourbon Steak in Georgetown is offering up a special burger each week this month. Kicking off the month of beefy celebration is the Pastrami Burger featuring their dry-aged beef patty topped with smokey pastrami, a crispy potato wafer, coleslaw and 1000 Island dressing. Next up, from May 7 -13 is the Pork Store Burger which they describe as a giant meatball, peppers, onions and fresh bocconcini (this one had has running to Google-- FYI, bocconcini is mozzarella). For week 3 (May 14-20), Bourbon Steak is going West Side and hooking up the BSDC Double Double, an In-N-Out inspired burger. And rounding out the month will be The Forager (May 21-31) which brings a burger with mushroom, foie gras duxelle, fried egg and pickled ramps. Now we're talking... Though we've balked in the past at the price of the regular burger at Bourbon Steak, we're happy to see these special, limited-time burgs won't take any additional loot from your pocket-- each one is $18.
