Zinburger Wine & Burger bar, which we announced was coming to Springfield all the way back in March of 2014, has finally set a date for its opening.

There must have been a sale on Sriracha because three out of five burgers feature the Thai chili sauce all up in the mix this month.

The Penn Quarter joint's Tap Burger satisfies our requirements – it's a perfectly decent and acceptable beef-and-bread combo – but we were more impressed with the side items we took down during our visit.
