We just got our hands on the SoBe Burger Bash menu and our excitement has turned into full-fledged hysteria after perusing the lineup for this Friday's event. The job of deciding which of these 31 beautiful creations we're going to toss into our pie holes just got much, much more difficult as the whole list is burger porn at its finest.
There's the Bash Burger from Lure Fishbar, going after our hearts (and arteries) with caramelized onion and bacon jam, The Burger Dive's metal-inspired Blackened Sabbath with beer battered onion ring, garlic basil mayo, goat cheese and arugula with sriracha and a pair of cow cheek burgers from OTC (tempura beef cheek, madras curry-tomato jam, fontina, dijonnaise) and Tongue & Cheek (dry-aged beef cheek burger with cheddar-pimento and sweet onions). It goes without saying we'll be targeting three-time champ Michael Symon's Fat Doug Burger with coleslaw and pastrami, Shake Shack is a given, and we've been dying to get a bite of the Miami institution El Rey de las Fritas' Frita Cubana.
We have a soft spot for eccentricity, so we'll also find it hard to resist The Stanton Social's Big Sexy with Pepsi-caramelized onions, The Filling Station's Nutella and bacon burger, Luzzo's meatball burger on a Neapolitan pizza bun and, of course, The Original Ramen Burger.
And it turns out our prediction was correct-- Spike's "retro" Good Stuff's entry is indeed the Colletti's Smokehouse as he's taking it back to his championship days with his 2009 winner and a toasted marshmallow shake on the side.

In just four days, the Crew will once again be all up in the mix on the South Beach shore, frolicking in the sand while tossing burger after burger down our well-greased gullets. Yup, kids, the burger party of all burger parties is here and after a year hiatus, we're back…
We called it! The beefy prognosticators that we are thought three-time champion Michael Symon would take home his fourth People's Choice award at the SoBe Burger Bash Friday, and sure enough, the B Spot Burgers chief won the popular vote with his The Fat Doug Burger topped with coleslaw, pastrami,…
