Sriracha Takes Center Stage for April’s BOTMs
We’ve got two Sriracha-drenched burgers this month, a cheese-stuffed lamb burger and one that’s overloaded by condiments. Check out all of D.C.’s April BOTMs below.
Bobby’s Burger Palace
The BOTM from the Burger Palace takes a trip to hot dog condiment counter in April with American cheese, sweet relish, banana peppers, onion, tomato, pickle and celery salt. We weren’t thrilled with the Chicago burger last time but maybe you’ll have better luck. (Burger Days Review, May 2014)

Burger Tap & Shake
Rather than bunny this year, BTS is tackling another Easter creature, this time going after the lamb. The My Big Fat Greek Wedding stuffs feta inside a lamb patty and tops it with pickled red onions, Kalamata olives and tzatziki. Opa!

BGR The Burger Joint
BGR’s Korean BBQ burger continues its reign through this month with its kimchi, cilantro and Sriracha and Korean BBQ sauce. (Burger Days Review, April 2014)
Another chili sauce-laced burger this month comes from Falls Church’s Dogwood as the Falls Church sports bar takes a half-beef and half-pork patty glazed with ginger soy and tops it with some some Sriracha slaw. Earning zero points for the name, this one is called the Sriracha Slaw Burger.
