Fritos, Love Sauce & Mardis Gras in February’s BOTMs

There's a trio of seasonal BOTMs this month as two give a nod to revelry on Bourbon Street and one does its best Cupid impression. And while the fourth eschews all February festivities, it still holds a special place in our greasy hearts.  

BGR The Burger Joint

Potato chips? We don't need no stinkin' potato chips. Back on the scene at BGR is the Crew favorite Chili Mac: a burger topped with chili, shredded cheddar and a handful of Fritos. brgr:shack

We love the fact that brgr:shack has been switching it up lately with their BOTMs. A couple of months ago they went the small patty route with their baby:brgr and now this month, they're doubling it up with the Love Shack. The double quarter pounder brings lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, cheddar and some love sauce to the mix. And no, get your mind outta the gutter, the love sauce is actually a combo of mayo and sriracha, so there's a bit of a kick to this one. Bobby's Burger Palace

Oh Bobby, Bobby, Bobby. We can't get too mad this go round, because at least this burger is timely. This month it's the Gulf Coast-inspired Louisiana Burger, a spice crust burg topped with pepper jack, Tasso ham and a spicy remoulade hot sauce, that might just get the Crew through the doors on K Street. Dogwood Tavern

After a successful BOTM premier last month, Dogwood keeps it rolling into February with their Creole Burger. This Mardi Gras burg has a beef, andouille sausage and Cajun trinity (bell pepper, celery and onion)-mixed patty topped with provolone and shrimp remoulade.
