The Korean burger joint
Kraze Burger, which has been rumored for quite some time now to be opening

Bethesda Magazine report detailing the first D.C.-metro area (and U.S. for that matter) location of Kraze will be opening in the old National Jean Co. at 7301 Woodmont Ave.
The franchise owner, Hanshik, Ltd., says they plan to open five more locations in the metro area over the next year.
The Bethesda joint will be opening sometime this summer.
