  UPDATE: Latest we hear is that Black & Orange opens today, Friday, July 1. Permit delays prevented them from opening Thursday. We're hearing the re-opening has been pushed back to Thursday, June 30 a yet undetermined date. Still waiting on confirmation... The D.C. burger fave that was forced to close by court order last October because their sweet, sweet burger-y fumes were making a fellow tenant's employees ill is planning to re-open later this month under the new name Black & Orange.
