We began our roll out of National Hamburger Week participants this week with the introduction of two heavy hitters into the mix: Mad Fox Brewing Company, home of Epic Burger Wednesday, and Del Ray's Holy Cow and its inventive "Burgers of the Moment." We'll reveal the third participant tomorrow, followed by the rest Monday through Thursday of next week.
