After a year hiatus, Eater's "Burger Week" is back featuring a slew of burger-related content from all across the Eater Nation. Some of our favorite stuff so far is Eater DC's post on pairing booze with the burgs, a special pizza and cheeseburger collaboration at H &pizza and a roundup of Eater's "12 Most Elusive Burgers" which makes for an excellent instant Burger Bucket List. Oh yeah-- and there's also a mighty fine interview with yours truly where I talk about the history behind Burger Days, disclose my weekly burger consumption and reveal my favorites around the D.C. area. As for Hot Dog Days? Yeah, that just might happen.
