Creativity is all over the charts in this month's BOTM lineup with a boiled bunny burger at one end of the spectrum and a tortilla-less fajita creation at the other. Peep the whole April roster below.
The French can have their fancy Camembert and brie, we're more than happy to gargle on pimento cheese 'til the cows come home. This month, BBP takes the southern comfort classic and pairs it with bacon for the Pimento Cheese Burger and, because it's a Flay burger, it's got a kick to it too with some cayenne pepper in the mix. Of course.

They had us eating Blitzen during Christmas, munching on lambs in March and September and now, those diabolical burger geniuses at BTS are at it once again. This April, the Foggy Bottom joint goes all Fatal Attraction with the brilliant Glen Close burger: a char-griddled rabbit and veal sausage patty, muenster, sage dijon aioli and marsala onions. Eating bunnies at Easter-- it's a dirty job but someone's gotta do it.

Bringing some flavor from East Asia, BGR's April burger covers the dry-aged beef with with kimchi, cilantro and Korean BBQ sauce for the very aptly named Korean BBQ burger. This is a first-time BOTM from BGR (but surprisingly, the second kimchi burger of 2014 so far), so we're eager to see how this one measures up.

Falls Church's Dogwood goes simple and takes the April BOTM south of the border with the Fajita Burger featuring a fajita-seasoned beef patty topped with sauteed onions, peppers, mushrooms and pepper jack,. Tortillas sold separately.
