The highly-rated Carolina Burger joins the full-time BBP menu. Oh word.

The lineup at Bobby's Burger Palace got a little shakeup recently but don't get too excited Washington-- a new D.C.-themed burger did NOT make the cut. As expected, the Vegas burger, which debuted at the Food Network star's newest Sin City outpost in January, is now available at all BBP's nationwide. The burger that is not from D.C. has white American cheese, Fresno Red Chilies and the mysterious "BBQ Crunch." But lessening the sting from the District snub, a trio of former BOTMs are also joining the mix with the Brunch burger (complete with fried egg, smoked bacon and American cheese), the excellent Carolina (smoked American, green onion slaw and mustard BBQ) and the New Mexico (queso sauce, roasted green chilies and pickled red onions) now with permanent spots on the BBP roster. You certainly know our soft spot, Flay... But it's not all greasy new happiness at the Palace as it turns out, there's only so much room on the menu. Three existing burgers have gotten the axe as the goat cheese-topped Napa Valley, Buffalo Style and Santa Fe burgers are all gone from the full-time lineup (though we wouldn't be surprised to see them turn up as BOTMs in the near future). Sadly, the topless burger salad remains. The new BBP menu is below: BBP_menu_ALCOHOLnoprice Bobby's Burger Palace5 locations in D.C., Maryland and Virginia | bobbysburgerpalace.com
