We've seen some massive burgers in our time, but today's special from Mad Fox has got to be right near the top. For Epic Burger Wednesday, Mad Fox Brewing Company chef Andrew Dixon is going balls to the wall with The Buck-- a 1 pound house ground brisket and chuck blend burger topped with pulled pork, three slices of cheddar, three --YES, THREE-- Bay Haven Farm eggs, fried onions, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato all served on a double-sized bun. This thing is both batshit insane and terribly awesome. And see that thing it's sitting on? That's a damn pizza plate. The Buck burger will be available today at Mad Fox for about $18. If anyone does decide to tackle this big beefy bitch, make sure you get a note from your doctor first and don't forget to send us a picture.
