Today, May 28, is National Hamburger Day...or at least that's what the internet is telling us. In celebration of today's festive foray, we got down and dirty with Holy Cow's "Burger of the Moment," The Flyin' Hawaiian. This Polynesian beauty was topped with Swiss, srirach aioli, crushed pineapple and everyone's favorite meat-in-a-can, SPAM. It was a bit salty, a bit sweet and hit with just a touch of heat.
