That Was Fast: Wiinky’s Now Open in Ballston
Well, well, well, we only heard about
the joint's pending existence last Friday, and now
Wiinky's in Arlington is already open for business.
ARLnow.com says the new burger and hot dog spot is
serving up the goods at its spot at 3902 Wilson in Ballston but it sounds like a soft opening.
Really,
really soft.
No sign. No drink dispenser. No real website. And slow service to boot. Also, it appears they're going for a "family-friendly" scene, so no booze either.
Weak. Even Chuck E. Cheese serves beer.
Anyway, after the ringing endorsement from the ARLnow article, think we'll wait to hit it up until after the grand opening set for sometime next month.
