Rejoice, burger lovers– if your holiday travels include Reagan National, you'll be plenty pleased with its latest addition.
This Thursday, chef Spike Mendelsohn will open his fourth D.C.-area Good Stuff Eatery in Terminal B of the airport and – for the first time – it'll be slinging breakfast. Served from 5 – 10 a.m., the all-new, early morning menu will include a trio of egg and egg white sandwiches along with Good Stuff's egg, cheese and bacon-topped burger, Spike's Sunnyside. Lunch and dinner menus will include Good Stuff's full selection of burgers including the Burger Days favorite, the Prez Obama burger.
With this latest addition, it's safe to say that Reagan National is now a burger destination in its own right. With Ben's Chili Bowl in National Hall, Jeff Tunks' Custom Burgers in Terminal A, Five Guys at Terminal C and now Good Stuff holding it down in Terminal B, the greatest sandwich of all time has all its bases covered at the airport.
Bring on the layovers.
