National Hamburger Week 2014 Days 6 & 7: Burgers on the Run

It was a whirlwind weekend for the Crew and, instead of sitting down and enjoying our burgers like proper gentlemen, we had to grab our meat on the run.
On Saturday, we were able to hit up the
DC Sliders Truck at
Oakton's Million Dollar Cook-Off and down a pair of min-burgers and a side of fries. But the next day, in what can only be described as an act of pure desperation, we went drive-thru for our final burger of the week.
At 11 p.m. Sunday night, with our options all but run out, we spotted a yellow and red glow on the horizon and despite our reservations*, we had no choice but to pull up to Wendy's for our Day 7 burger. It's not that we don't like the joint –of all the mega fast-food options, it's our favorite– it just wasn't how we pictured closing out our week-long celebration of burgers.
But whatever. Here's the Baconator:

See, we're not so burger-snobbish after all.
*Just to be clear, no, we did not have reservations at Wendy's
