LaFrieda Hookin’ Up the D.C. Shacks

Good news, D.C. burger peeps,
Pat LaFrieda, the king of NYC meat purveyors and the guts behind the burgers at Shake Shack will indeed be hooking up the patties when the two joints
open up down here later this spring.
The
Washington City Paper confirmed the good burger news this week with the folks behind the Shack, Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group.
Considering the clusterf#!k of traffic up and down I-95, oh,
every day, we're incredibly impressed by this announcement.
June can't get here fast enough.
