This month's gaggle of BOTMs is an international bunch including a Cubano-inspired burg, an Italian job, a joint from the Aloha State and one representing the lower 48.
BGR The Burger Joint
Capitalizing on the in-season crop, BGR goes tomato-centric with the
Caprese burger. With a beefsteak tomato on top, the burger also gets cozy with the mozzarella, basil and some aged balsamic.

Burger Tap & Shake
Keeping it going with the non-beef --but still four-legged animal-- burgers, BTS hooks up the
Calle Ocho. Calling it their take on the Cubano sandwich, the BOTM features a chorizo pork sausage patty topped with sliced ham, Swiss, dill pickles and dijonnaise. Castro ain't got shit on this one.

Bobby's Burger Palace
Who needs a D.C. burger when we can eat one named after a street in New York City? This time, ol' Bobby Flay rolls out the
Mulberry Street Burger with mozzarella, parmesan, basil ketchup and baby arugula. Whoop-dee-fucking-doo.

Dogwood Tavern
Hawaiian-style ain't just for pizza. After a tango south of the border last month, Dogwood opts for a taste of Polynesia this time with the
Hawaiian burger topped with pineapple, shaved ham and a sweet, pineapple BBQ sauce.
