You can never go wrong with meat-on-meat. Never. And throw in some cheese? Fuggedaboutit. BRB pays homage to the North Jersey scene this month with The Soprano-- an Italian-seasoned beef patty topped with marinara, provolone, parmesan , pepperoni and served on a rosemary focaccia bun. Bobby's Burger Palace

With a new year, we get the same short-end of the stick from the Burger Palace. We get the feeling Mr. Flay may be running out of ideas as this month's BOTM, the Canadian, is the same thing (white cheddar, Canadian bacon, maple mustard sauce) he trotted out last January.
