As if we needed yet another reason to pack on some extra poundage before Thanksgiving, Mad Fox is kicking off its Epic Burger Wednesday with a hell of a bang today. Travis Weiss warned us he was coming correct when he returned to the Mad Fox kitchen last month and, boy, is he ever. Today's Epic Burger may be a tower of terror for the arteries but you can bet it's a pillar of pleasure for the face. The Monte Cristo burger surrounds a half-pound, three-cut-blend patty with a blanket of cheddar, a slathering of strawberry gastrique aioli, a heaping of black forest ham and a giant Keller Kolsch-beer-battered sourdough bun.
