Burger and a glass of pinot, anyone? Zinburger, a hybrid wine and burger bar based out of Arizona, has plans to come to Springfield, Virginia in late Fall of this year, a rep told Burger Days this week. Featuring a full bar including 18+ wines available by the bottle or glass and a lineup of draft beer and cocktails, there's a veritable booze buffet alongside the beef at this joint. The menu has a variety of signature burgers including the restaurant's eponymous creation with Manchego cheese, mayo and Zinfandel-braised onions. Zinburger opens its first Virginia location today in Charlottesville and also has locations in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina.
