Local chef and former Top Chef contestant Timothy Dean's second TD Burger location is opening next Monday at 250 K Street NE in NoMa, Eater DC reports today. Joining his Largo location, Dean's second burger joint will seat 130 and feature a full-service bar with 50-70 craft beers and a whole bunch of wine. He says his burgers will be charbroiled, not griddled. Overzealous or just plain ol' zealous, Dean also tells Eater he wants to have a TD Burger in every major City. Godspeed, Mr. Dean. Godspeed.
