ONE. The lone restaurant slinging the sandwich of all sandwiches is Blue Duck Tavern, which earned one Michelin star when the list was revealed this morning. But even though only one of D.C.'s 12 newly-starred joints serve the ground-beef goodness, the Tavern does it up right by including not one, but two burgers on its menus: a raclette-and-charred-onion-topped burger at lunch and an open-faced, egg-crowned burger at brunch. They're not quite as prestigious and just a tad more greasy, but for its burger prowess, we award Blue Duck two Burger Days stars. Congrats, guys.
