when the list was revealed this morning. But even though only one of D.C.'s 12 newly-starred joints serve the ground-beef goodness, the Tavern does it up right by including not one, but two burgers on its menus: a raclette-and-charred-onion-topped burger at lunch and an open-faced, egg-crowned burger at brunch.
They're not quite as prestigious and just a tad more greasy, but for its burger prowess, we award Blue Duck two Burger Days stars.
