This week at Dogfish Head, we get one repeat and two new burgers of the week coming to your faces. In Gaithersburg, Carlito's Jalapeno Burger takes the stage with a half-pound patty topped with cheddar, cream cheese and fresh sliced jalapeno. Over in Fairfax, the Onion Straw Burger does the lettuce and tomato thing with cheddar, fried onion straws and spicy onion sauce. Falls Church sees fit to repeat last week's burger, doing their best Bobby Flay impression again with the Crunchy Burger featuring horseradish mayo, potato chips, cheddar, lettuce and tomato.
