After a few months delay, Citizen Burger Bar has opened rather quietly in Clarendon. ARLNow reports the Charlottesville-based burger joint, which has initially planned for a December debut, opened with little fanfare last Thursday at the corner of North Highland and 11th Streets in Arlington. In addition to an emphasis on locally-sourced beef from Timbercreek Farms, Citizen will have a substantial lineup of booze including cocktails, wine, rotating taps and more than 100 bottles.
