BEEF BRIEF: BGR’s Turkey Cobb Goes to the Cows

During our day-to-day adventures, we plow through so many burgs and we fail to share a lot of them here at Burger Days. We think that's just wrong. So in an effort to spread more beefy goodness, we introduce Beef Briefs, short, brief looks at more of the burgers we take to the face. Where's the beef? It's right f**king here.

We just couldn't bring ourselves to order the de facto April BOTM from BGR. It's not that we didn't like the combination of bacon, avocado and blue cheese-- we just couldn't get down with the turkey burger. So we present to you BGR's April Burger of the Month, Burger Days style: the Beef Cobb. The beef does all the ingredients just fine and we think they much prefer tangling with the cow than the poultry. Our bellies certainly thought so.

We capped off our healthy dining experience with a plate full of limited-time chili cheese fries. While we're digging the temporary added side option, we're still waiting for the day Mark Bucher decides to add the sweet potato tots he broke out at SoBe to the menu. We just love us some tots.
