BGR The Burger Joint

Starting off the year with their wing-burger mashup, BGR's January BOTM is the Buffalo Bacon Bleu combining a beef patty dipped in Frank's Red Hot Sauce, blue cheese dressing, a couple of celery sticks and some bacon. If you're like us, you treat January as one big holiday recovery month, so BTS's Tijuana Hangover sounds like the perfect meal. Bobby's Burger Palace

Salty and sweet is the name of the game at the Burger Palace in January when BBP goes north of the border with the Canadian Burger. White cheddar, maple mustard sauce and bacon –well, Canadian bacon– are tossed together in this Great White North-inspired creation.  Dogwood Tavern

As Flay goes north, the folks at Dogwood go south.
