Thunder Burger Raids the Zoo

Thunder Burger Bar is about to get all Animal Planet with the introduction of Wild Wednesdays. Starting tomorrow, they'll be serving up animals you're more likely to find at the zoo than on your plate.

Tom Sietsema reports that Chef Ryan Fitcher of the Georgetown joint plans to hook up a different game animal each Wednesday, with beer-braised alligator ribs debuting tomorrow at 4 p.m.
Next week ostrich burgers are on tap, with plans for antelope, bear, lion and perhaps even camel in the future.
Now, we're cool with the bear and antelope, because they helped us survive the long trek alongÂ
