Home of killer tater tots, Food, Wine & Co. in Bethesda is introducing a new lunchtime burger menu today with a lineup of new burgs for the eating.
Seven FOUR burgers are on the new menu including a specialty burger that will change daily.
The lineup includes a
Smoky Bleu Cheese Burger (Rogue River smoky bleu, sorghum-black pepper bacon, pickled red onion, spinach, garlic aioli),
Lamb Burger (gorgonzola dulce, harrisa tomato confit, arugula, garlic mayo), and
Salmon Burger (scallion, togarashi, miso mayo) and the specialty burgers may include the
Truffle Burger (truffle aioli, truffle cheese, parmesan crisp, crispy onions),
The Ringer (roasted shishito peppers, pickled-fried onion rings, jack cheese, garlic aioli),
Hickory Burger (housemade BBQ, bacon, cheddar, crispy onion, lettuce) and
Jack Burger (jack cheese, red onion and pepper confit, chipotle mayo).
The new menu is available for lunch, Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. All burgers are $15 but through the end of March, Food, Wine & Co. is hooking up a great buy one, get one for $1 deal. So jump on it.
