New Mad Fox Brewing Company chef Travis Weiss has wasted no time bringing his promised "Epic Burgers" to the Falls Church brew pub. Since taking the reins in kitchen last week, he's been hard at work in the lab, already debuting burgers made with his signature blend of sirloin, chuck, ribeye lip and deckle. And today, in honor of the Nationals' foray into the 2014 MLB playoffs, Weiss created the Bryce Harpurger topped with peanut butter, grape aioli jelly and bacon jam.
