Z-Burger is back with another burger deal, serving up five-cent burgers if the white stuff hits five inches on the ruler tomorrow. The deal is available Wednesday from 5 - 7 p.m. at their Tenleytown location only, using the secret password "Snow Burger." Thank God we don't have to say "snowquester."
