Citizen Burger Bar brought The Hotness to Clarendon.

For Eater's Burger Week, I wrote a piece on the influx of the burger bar concept into the D.C. area. Thunder Burger ruled the roost for quite a while until late last year when Plan B Burger Bar popped up on Pennsylvania Avenue and then, just a few months later, Citizen Burger Bar opened in Arlington. But that's just the beginning. Plan B has already announced a second location and Zinburger, a wine and burger bar, is set to open in Springfield later this year. Huzzah, D.C.
